This is not fair , cut throw line and ask uscis attention to attend you first and the person needs to wait because you are there with expedited request, we all are here with similar pain and issue nobody wants to stand in line and watch some MF to cut throw ques, I wonder why others are so happy and sharing waiting time are you guys out of your mind!!! I mean seriously we damn get delays because of stupid reason these guys show up with and let them in and come here to type congratulations!!!! 13 months and approval, Hhhuih god knows the reason and if it’s not true, god should see it too because we are here from past 34+ months!!!

@Ismi Jazeeb Are you under 21 years of age? I mean, did you apply vawa i360 under category, special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS)? Only this category is processed fast, and rest gotta wait till 42.5 months.

@victory year 2025 You're right, and it does make sense. Many new applicants have bypassed the long queue—where others have been waiting for years—by submitting expedited requests due to medical issues, critically ill family members, and similar reasons....

@victory year 2025 Expedite request are legally available to ANYONE who qualifies. They’re not easy to be approved and you have to prove real urgent and compelling circumstances, meaning that I didn’t “cut the line” for convenience. If I had waited the full processing time, I might not be here to see it. If you don’t have any urgent reasons why you can’t wait, then it’s not my fault. Your pain doesn’t make my survival wrong. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.

@victory year 2025 I've seen a bunch of VAWA applicants who already had a valid EAD (C09), but still went ahead and expedited their VAWA I-360—and got it approved. After that, they got another 2-year EAD (C31). Then they tried to expedite their I-485 (green card), using either the same reason they gave for VAWA or something new. Hopefully USCIS can tell what’s real and what’s just part of the game..

One thing I still don’t understand—if VAWA applicants already have an EAD (c09), what’s the point of expediting VAWA? Just to get another EAD (c31)? They’re basically the same thing. The main goal is to get the green card, whether it’s through this route or another. Simple as that.

@H n it's only when your vawa is approved before you can be issued c31 card. so yes c31 is a step closer to GC
