I filed in Oct 2020 and still don’t have a greencard. It’s been a process from getting approve in July 2024 then getting out of deportation in Sept 2025 and then here now waiting for greencard approval

Same! They sent interview notice 3 months after my son's medical (6 months after vawa approved in 2024). They messed up the mailing address and didn't add my lawyer's office name to the correspondence for the first time, and it got sent back. Now it's like waiting for them to review the case all over again for them to send another interview notice. This is why there is so much backlog. All they needed to do was schedule another interview like they said they would. But here I am...waiting some more!

i filed i485 july 2025. received receipts until March 2026. fingerprints on April 2026. waiting. i sent medical together on July 2025 @brave daughter oh my im so blessed and lucky to have at least vawa approved. im sorry yall been waiting so long just for vawa.

@ 🙏 SI my vawa was approved November 18, 2025 and I sent in my medical for I-485 may 6th which they acknowledged that they got it’s may 7th and since I have been waiting for approval. yes getting vawa approved which is I-360 is a huge plus. I hope we hear Goodnews soon.
