asking if anyone in this group who got EB5 approval in or around January 2024 have received their 485 approval? I have been waiting since end of Jan for 485 approval and have a PD of November 2019. I485 filed since June 2022.

finger print taken, I-526 approved 2 months backs and update on I-485

well done on 526. glad 485 moved. I got my fingerprints applied onn485 since November 2022 and still waiting! good luck!

for me it was 8 month to get I-485 approval with green card in hand. back in year 2022. I wish you guys good luck!

wow! it says 20.5 months for California but I am way past even that timeline now!

It’s been 8 months since my I-526 is approved, still I-485 is pending. I-485 was concurrently filed in September 2022. I-526 was approved in May 2024.
