Hi everyone is there such thing 60 days grace period after 3 month expired for RFE ? according to my lawyer which I don't believe. please help

Yes, there was. (It has ended on the 03/23/2023. It is part of Covid-Related Flexibility). You must respond to any request dated after March 23rd, 2023 by the deadline listed on the notice request. Go check uscis news for 03/23/2027 on their website.
