same here my prirority date is May 5,2023 . if you think you have the credentials for EB-1A then you should have done that in the first place . but i guess the documentation is extensive. i suggest you can try if you think you qualify for it or consult some good law firm like north american immigration . they can tell if you have a chance or not

@mokhtar If you believe you have a strong profile, have it reviewed by a lawyer as soon as possible. If you receive positive feedback from them and have the necessary resources, act quickly! No one knows what might happen with the EB1A program, so… if I had the funds, that’s definitely what I would do. I’m waiting for my i140 (filed With one of the top law firms), since Nov 2023’.

we may see little movement at the end of each quarter, that is for April/July. I am very hopeful you will be current in one of these visa bulletin dates.

I agree with the April movement, but right now, things do not look promising. Regarding the spending on the EB1A, if you can make it happen, I encourage you to go for it! As everyone here suggests, consult a good law firm to have your CV evaluated. If you receive positive feedback, then move quickly. Who knows? Maybe the EB1A will start the same NIW trend, and if you hesitate, you might miss the opportunity to apply and later regret it! @Mokhtar Rashwan

Same like yours my PD is June 13, 2023. I filed my i-485 in Oct 10th and gave biometrics and replied to RFE.

I'm thinking it's better to wait 🤔

@Zack Alim did you apply for EAD and have you gotten it after you went for your biometric, also how long did it take to get your EAD after the biometric?
