i got these updates 4 months ago after they received my noid response about my wife divorce decree from her ex husband and the time estimate decision 14 months it's already been 18 months since put my application so confused is that normal?!
specially that they acknowledged in the noid letter that we living as a husband and wife

If it for the same thing, then you did not send them enough proof.

@Kingsley B the noid was only for the divorce decree the first RFE was long ago for a sponsor and they approved it

@m o What exactly did they say was wrong with the divorce? Are they implying the divorce isn’t valid? was it finalized after you two were already married? did you guys send in a certified copy of the divorce? It’s weird that they have an issue with a divorce filed in SC.

after interview u got 221g and submit divorced certificate and then ststus show " returned to nvc" and get email to ur case was sent back to uscis for review ? itd correct @m o
