@D J I just saw that your i140 has been approved so if you didn’t submit medical, this could likely be for that. also question please - has your pd been current through out? wondering why your timeline seems a bit long compared to other eb1c cases

@sdd did this was a concurrent filing with medical…pd was current till Dec-2022 and after that it retrogressed..I thought mine was going faster ;) but I guess it’s all relative

@D J nope i was thinking it was slow if current. if retrofresses, then fine I think . hopefully nothing major in rfe
