GOT RFE FOR MEDICAL AS WELL AS WORK/EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
WORK/ EMPLOYEMENT HISTORY Heading which says Submit a complete list of the work/ employment history for NAME from December 31, 2018 to February 17, 2022. This should include the following: Name and Location of each employer job title and duties Dates you held each positions and salary/ wage paid The list should be supported by documentary evidence which established your employment history. If PERSON WAS UNEMPLOYED AT ANY TIME DURING THE ABOVE DATES INCLUDE THE DATES OF THE UNEMPLOYEeMENT. Since, the date mentioned above (December 31, 2018 to February 17, 2022) I was always unemployed. I do not have any work history in US till this time. So, how do I have to respond to this question asked by USCIS TO MENTION DATES OF UNEMOLOYED TIME PERIOD. Thank you

You let them know you are not working, be guided by an experience attorney, or your name has been used somewhere that you worked during those period

your case is easy then. let them know you did not work because you did not have EAD

here what you should do, you have to say I don't have work authorization so I can't work during that period. But you should be on status before filing 485. The lawyer should handle it. They are checking weather you worked unauthorized.

SOMEONE SAYS IM NEAR TO DENIAL IS IT TRUE? IM GETTING NERVOUS GUYS. SINCE I DONT HAVE ANY WORK EXPERIENCE OR HISTORY HOW THIS GREEN CARD WILL BE APPROVED UNDER EB3 CATEGORY.

If you did not work during this time, you needed to pay bills in the US, maybe you need to explain and comprove where your money come from... talk with your attorney...

Do your I-140 approved? Did you submit experiance letter for it? Unskilled needs 2 years of experience.

I applied through perm and my employer has mentioned none work experience needed. And got rfe to submit them work history through out my staying in us. And I remained unemployed through out my life in us.

@J MR, if your I-140 says none, just respond with your school docs and transcripts saying I am a student and never worked in the stated period. They might want to check weather you had an unauthorized work history. Probably it is easy, and you will gc soon.
