Got Noided, dropped the original attorneys
started my journey with the famous three letter agency, their attorneys f.up my case because they forgot to send my legal presence documents while I was f2 , which covered approximately 1 year since my entry in the U.S. they just sent my COS from F1 to present. after that mistake I didn't think twice, dropped their lawyers and got a lawyer out of my pocket, which rebbuted all points made on the NOID with robust evidence. My question is: is there such thing as case approved before priority date being current, even though they don't send a GC? something like " your case is approved but we don't have a visa number available?" have anyone been in similar situation? thanks!

Its either CRP(case remains pending) or an interview. Its clear in the USCIS website that one category for a visa to be approved a visa should be available.

@J A CRP is a myth, I had CRP before this mess.

there is nothing like that. CRP is closed thing but the case can be opened any time if an employee at USCIS look at it.

@LEE Xpress who invented this BS? CRP means that the case still being analyzed, not that is a closed case. a case is closed when it's adjudicated. end of story.

@Anonymous A it was invented by Sir Issac Newton

@Anonymous A yes . just like gravity, no law can explain 100% of the events but can explain 95% of thr cases but the law still holds true . CRP —— unfortunate you are in 5% exception category
