I-140 Lawyer: Elis Porter (I would rate them 4.6/5, but very prompt. Keep in mind that you need to guide your attorney in your technical field.)
I-485 Lawyer: Yaming Gao (Gao and Associate, VA). I would rate them 5/5. Elis Porter was so expensive for I-485 application.
No RFE in I-140 or I-485.

I was not happy with their first 2-3 versions of the legal brief. I expected better. Then, I guided in a more detailed way. Specially, I was not happy with the economic impacts they showed me for my work. I spent time in finding materials related to economic impacts of my work. Once I guided them more articulatedly, they wrote excellent legal brief. They were prompts, very responsive. And, they accommodated every request to edit whenever I asked, and provided their insight. They are worth to be retained, no doubt. Just guide them. Good luck!

Congratulations! While my PD(11/30/2022) is faster than yours by a few days, your date of submission for I-485 is earlier than mine (Nov 8 2023). It seems date of submission matters, even if current. I am hopeful. Though no one can figure out USCIS 😂. Congratulations once more

@T Y - I don’t think there is a particular order, both my PD (Nov 22) and submission date (March 23) are earlier and I have been on “case remains pending” status for almost a year 👀😬👀😬

@S Abd Thats great! Congratulations 🎉 I’m planning to submit my I140 NIW soon with enough evidences as much as I can. How was your experience like from the filing date to the approval without no Premium Processing I believe? Yours seemed faster!

@Kun A Fortunately, my journey was pretty smooth. No premium processing. No RFE. I guided my lawyer very closely while they prepared my case. If any good lawyer is willing to take your case, and you think you have enough credentials, go ahead and apply. I hope you get approval. Good luck!
