Got I-130 approved today after 377 days!!
Yayyy! Yesterday May 6, I got a SECOND notice "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS," dated today May 7, 2024. (My first notice "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" was May 25, 2023.) Logging into USCIS and checking my Documents tab, it said "I-130 Approval.pdf" dated today, May 7! In the PDF file, it said "The above petition has been approved." So my official status yesterday still said "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS." But today as expected, my status changed to "Case approved"!! So 3 things may happen: 1. You get a second "Case is being actively reviewed." 2. The next day, it changes to "Case approved." 3. If you see "I-130 Approval.pdf" in your Documents tab, even if your status has not changed yet, you've been approved. My wife and I are overjoyed and relieved! She did not do an interview. Yes. I'm a US citizen. My wife lives outside the US. We plan to go for the IR1 after 2 years marriage, to get her a 10-year visa. Next, I'm waiting for the NVC to send me a letter, after which I'll fill out the I-864EZ (Affidavit of Support). Then my wife will fill out the DS-260.

Thank you @Elizaveta M! Since you and I have the same received date (April 26, 2023) and same Nebraska Service Center, hang in there. You may hear soon from USCIS!

@Erik Simsek My post above says we took 377 days to get approved, a year and 12 days. The USCIS got our I-130 on April 26, 2023. Since you're at 341 days, you should wait over 1 more month. Ignore what the USCIS site says for how long to wait. Ours said "Taking longer than normal to process." That was not true and meaningless.
