actually talked with emma yesterday and agent said my case is in St.paul FO and an officer is appointed an it is processing, so I thought it’ll be soon I hope , today got the good news.

so it never changed to crp just stayed at case transferred different office has jurisdiction? mine was moved to NBC after month of filing with case was transferred different office has jurisdiction been 8 months now.
my PD also in May.
did u submit with medical?
I unfortunately couldn’t due to impending retrogression so I now am waiting for rfe but no word :((

yes I sent them all together , I finished my medicals right after I received Perm news , when did you file your 485? and was your 140 premium?
