I have submitted medical RFE on January 7th. till now they have not updated in my case status. but they have received as it was sent by my lawyer through ups

They have approved I 130 and sent RFE for medical. I did not submit medical along with other forms as my lawyer suggested we can takke medical report during interview. But they have not called us for interview just direct submission off medical which means my lawyer told me no interview
