Got an email about an action has been taken, but no update on the system.
I received that email 6 days ago, and check USCIS every day. It stays at “we have received your case.” What can I do? This is for I-130.

Just to note any activity on the I 130 goes to the petitioners account. so if they have one check it there.

I don’t think it’s an approval since I have just applied on 3/31. I hope it’s not a decline decision. It’s just a generic no-reply email from USCIS.

Same! PD march 28,2024 and i got rcvd an email last April 17 abt an action has been taken, but no update on the system, only "we have rcvd ur case"

hi. I got the same email saying that they have taken an action in my case. I filed my papers December 15, 2023. is it possible that it is already an approval? although when I check it today it is still the same saying actively reviewing. I just received the email today and immediately check my case. is it possible that the approval will be in the next few days? just asking.
