GOT A NOTIFICATION ACTION WAS TAKEN FOR BOTH 130 and 485
both said the same thing INTERVIEW WAS CANCELLED
I Had my interview back in December and my i130 was Case approved since MARCH
I’m confused! why would it be? PLEASE ADVISE!

@Moses radi Hi, the 130 is always approved prior to the 485. It must be a processing time thing or perhaps a different officer has it. There are also many vacation times at this time of the year. The 130 establishes that there is a real relationship and the 485 is the green card. Things will move along. Wishing you the best.
