@shob demax my husband uploaded the naturalization certificate with cover letter to his uscis account, called them and requested the upgrade the case. After 28ish days we called them again, but been told that our request was approved and we also received email that stated that our request was granted. Have you tried online inquiry?

@r r im not completly sure that my form its upgrade from f2a to ir but i start my upgrade in december 2024 and just got confirmed that my case was moved to my field office in march 2025, still waiting for a decision in our i485, we contact our congressman so i dont know if that makes the updates on our case, i hope the info helps, God bless and good luck!

@r r it took around 28 days. My husband uploaded the proof and then called uscis to confirm the request. After 28 days we called again and confirmed that the upgrade was approved. The same day we got approval for i130.

@r r so you've been waiting over 30 days. As far as I know, it's common to wait for 30 plus days. Try not to stress out too much and give them a call every second week.

@Maria Chong after they sent you case to NVC what is the next step did your interview happen? and when did you come to US?

@shiva rally you suppose to upload required docs, and after it becomes documentary qualified, you will have to wait for interview letter. I just had my interview last month, waiting for a decision.
