@josue henriquez de las Cortes de migración? solo tuve como 3 y en 2021 lo cerraron el caso estaba junto con mi hermano menor, a él le salió en enero y a mí hasta ahorita, te diría que siempre tengas en cuenta el PD y el final priority date en la app

@josue henriquez aún sigues teniendo Cortez? porque tu abogado no ah cerrado tu caso con la corte? Sinceramente los abogados son un poco distraídos tienes que estar preguntando siempre y tener comunicación con su oficina si no tu caso lo tienen olvidado

no ya años no tengo ninguna corte con inmigración solo me falta que el juez firme el cierre me dijo pero eso saber cuando sera 🤷🏽‍♂️

Puedes chequear el boletín en la aplicación de CASE TRACKER, cuando ya lo tengas vas ala opción de bulletin, pones tu INFO “all charge ability areas EB4 EMPLOYMENT, por el momento está en noviembre de 2020 te hacen falta dos años y medio más para que puedas enviar tu paquete de recidencia, hasta entonces podrás

@mamun hossen i think is kinda tricky, the final action date has a lot to do with it, you should seek for help with the White House, go to the option to help with a federal agency, describe your case and receipt number, that’s what I did and it helped, they called me 3 days after the approval notification on the app, they let me know they calling from USCIS, and told me that the White House reached to them and they wanted to give me the good news that my case was approved, TRY IT, IT WORKS
