after how long did you get your interview letter? and where is your interview located? country?

@d d i honestly! they never sent me letter i went and spoke to a live agent thru EMMA then he told me there is an interview scheduled for me next month,then a few mnts later i receive an email they sent me my interview letter in my email but i’m still waiting to see if they will send it to my mailbox.

@piedad señor yes i did submit everything to them already but i’ll talk to my attorney to see what do i have to bring because the letter still confuse me and i don’t want to mess this up

I just came back from my interview last Friday , as long as you have your evidence to back up you will be good , my interview was a breeze no questions to me just my husband they ask him like 3 questions . 15 min convo and I was approved on spot

@anndia tibbs when i start my application i submit everything the only thing i did not submit was the medical but i already did that now my question for you, did you submit everything just like i did or you had to bring everything they ask on the letter? i don’t think i need to bring everything again i’ll lose my mind lol

@Va Jo well I did submit everything except medical too , but on interview day I brought EVERYTHING the letter said just be to be sure because you never know with uscis , they only asked to see stuff that had both our names like lease etc

@Va Jo I brought old and new stuff yes , I couldn’t live with my self if I went there and missed something and end up getting a rfe again so yeah 🥲😅

@Va Jo we took about 4 hours at the library to organize our binder properly,it did pay off the officers commended us he said “ being organized pays off “

@Va Jo my interview was just sept 7 my i485 approved, i130 actively reviewed( should be approved soon ) waiting on GC now

@Va Jo I had the same way as yours.. I have my I130 approval went yo interview with my citizen wife. nothing asked.. just be cool they will not ask anything about your marriage (didn’t ask to us) just took fingerprints and photo.. 10 min interview followed by security questions.. only thing is we are still waiting after full 4.5 months of the interview :( I tried everything to finalize this process nothing changed.. but on 12 August status changed to actively reviewed.. so

@baris kurt did you bring everything that they asked on the letter also? or what did you bring? Anndia already gave me a hint of what to do

@baris kurt i hope they approve your case soon wow this is crazy the wait is too much

I brought everything spent $100+ for prints at staples:) nothing asked.. just birth certificates (certified)
