Just call and do infopass. Ask the agent if your case have transferred. I asked her the last time I called and she said my case was transferred to my field office. I’m having issues with them concerned my medicals. I sent it to NBC and my online account confirmed it was received. Field office is saying they didn’t receive it,I’ve been going back and forth with them and it’s crazy. I had to send another one to field office even though the time for me to send the medical have passed. I only got to hear they didn’t receive it cos I called to ask about my 485 after two months I sent medicals. Basically you can send them documents,they’ll confirm they received it and yet claim they didn’t receive it. I might need a lawyer at this point

@O. D O omg I hope that is not my case .. NBC sent RFE for medicals and birth certificate.. I responded and they acknowledged they recieved it .. one month now no updates or anything .. should I be worried or also call info pass to be sure they have it ? what is the number to call please cos I can’t just stay waiting and not know what’s going on .. I haven't received any update on my i485. I just call and was told it's at NBC, no rfe or anything as yet. my vawa was approved on August 27

@Shari the automatic recording only says that fingerprints were taken and that they received my son's form! my lawyer sent the medical exams but we have not received any letter or information that they received them.

@Aug 2022 applicant my vawa was approved in september.

@lily rose,just call the normal USCIS number and say infopass,the call will be transferred to an agent that will ask basic questions about you,then you can tell them why you’re calling. They will let you know what’s happening with your case. A lot of of the time,when you send stuff to them,you can relax thinking everything is processing fine without knowing that’s not the case.
