question, if you click on the submitted to review the docs you submitted, it doesn’t reset the clock does it?

just received an email from NVC, they didn’t accept my stepdaughter birth certificate and asking to submit a valid Bilingual one. I guess we will be at the back of the line again after we submit it😔
