I don’t think you have to wait for it specifically because they always ask for good moral. The problem is to find out where you can send the info and what forms you need to add in order for them to accept the information and add it to your case.

I've applied the same year and after 3 months they requested good moral I sent it Until now nothing happens so it's not because of that that your case is slow it's everyone But they probably will ask for it and if you know where to send it without the request you can send it too But definitely do not worry thinking it's because of that. It's just slow for most of us.

it’s always a bad idea to use ChatGPT for legal advices not correct answers. if they didn’t ask for a background check after receiving your application then you are fine. They don’t wait for anything if they need documents , they will ask it immediately. If you put your taxes and other documents is also showing your good moral.

@ayel yael Don’t bother yourself unnecessarily. VAWA Processing Time is extremely slow. Good Moral depiction include Tax Filed, FBI/Police Clearance. if you had submitted these earlier , you are good. Wait until it get to your turn. If you send anything to USCIS, they will only trash it/them. They are too busy. Contact Congressman, if your application duration is over 45months

If your application is over 45months, contact your Congressman through his/her website. you will see Immigration Assistance/Help, They will ask you some info and you will fill the form and they will enquire about your case from USCIS on your behalf

then, wait for few months like 3 months before another enquiry
