@M M I don’t even think our case is complicated, I don’t have kids, it’s just me and my wife and her 2 kids etc. I really don’t understand the process at all

August 15th, 2023 here. My situation is exactly like yours, me, my husband, and his 2 kids. Hopefully they look our way soon

same it’s just me and my husband and no kids…. the wait is insufferable, i also feel at times i’m losing it, it’s not fair we do everything the legal way and the people who just enter illegally are given priority over us especially since they basically started handing out visas at the border with the “keeping families together act” i know everyone is suffering and i don’t want to take away from anyone’s hurt from being separated from thier loved ones but why punish the people who are doing it the right way

you tell me, august 9th and feel like I got left behind they are already approving cases past my PD 🫠🫠

this is disgrace. 90% of cases approved every day are filed in2024.

mine is July 22, no kids and still waiting to be approved. I’m tired of waiting…

@Djalal Kraloua basically if u go on the uscis website they were basically giving visas to anyone crossing the border illegally from mexico into the united states anyways it was just a unfair act of them doing it the illegal way but getting progress faster versus us who actually are suffering and doing everything the legal way

honestly they have been working on beginning of august cases for past three weeks now, i’m frustrated but what can we do, goodluck to everyone !
