going alone to the stoke interview .
Hi ,guys .What is going to happen if the petitioner doesn’t show up at the second interview for a conditional green card ? l got a bad situation ,that person do whatever she wants ,she likes play with me mental Health ,l don’t want to have a big problem with USCSI ,What should l do ? Can l go alone to the interview ?

As long as your spouse is alive and not in the hospital, uscis expect you to come with he/she..your spouse is the reason why your documents was accepted on a marriage category..resolve everything with your spouse…

@Magic Magic I'll advice you to read and digest what@wealth JO wrote again.USCIS don't know you and the only reason they are attending to your case is because of the benefits you're seeking for through your USC spouse
I'll advice you not to compromise your immigration journey because walking into a 2nd interview without the petitioner is a RED FLAG on its own go and do your research
You can convert your case to a VAWA 'BEFORE"the interview but do you have adequate evidence to back it
No harm being a little patient with your patner and cheaper but if you have 💰and ready to wait couple more years a good attorney can help
