It was a long journey.
* April 2020 - Started with PWD and LCA. LCA was audited. It took more than a year to get approved.
* November 2021 - I-140 and I-485 were filed concurrently.
* December 2021 - Case was transferred fron NBC to Nebraska
* August 2022 - RFE was issued for I-140
* November 2022 - I-140 was denied, filed a I-290B
* March 2023 - I-140 was approved
* June 2023 - Case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC
* August 2023 - Filed I-485J. Case was transferred to FO
* December 2023 - Requested for service inquiry but no response
* January 2024 - Reached out to a congressman
* February 2024 - two weeks after I reached out, I received an interview notice. No update on the app.
* March 28 2024 - interview day at 8:30AM. Interview went well but USCIS can’t locate the I-485J in the file. I was asked to wait for 4-6weeks for the result.
* March 28, 2024 - around 10am, the app updated. It showed interview was completed.
* March 28, 2024 - around 3pm, CARD IS BEING PRODUCED!

@E A @Dhan23 Bartolome thank you!❤️ interview went great. The officer is very nice and friendly. He asked more questions from the I-485 such as name, DOB, your last entry in the US, your visa when you came in. Additionally, questions were more focused on my status as an F1 and the employer. No hard questions - mostly Yes or No Q&A.

Congratulations! After the status update "New Card being produced" in how many days you got the card in mail box? Also is your 485J approved?

@R P my lawyer received the card after 2 weeks.
Yes, 485J was approved a day after the interview.
