seems like you might be outside of processing times. what state are you from ? contact your senator, they should be able to help, I see a lot of people(in the forums) getting help from senators

I'm in the same boat, I just got approved yesterday. My receipt number is 02/06/2020, I was in removal proceedings without me knowing, I only recently got my removal dismissed November 2022. Try to check EOIR to make sure you're not in removal proceedings.

Contact your congressman/senators office via email they can put an inquiry on your behalf. I am waiting for a response back from them now
