@Shan N Mine I just sent today I'm waiting now to be able to approve it in the name of Jesus I'll receive it soon. because I didn't know it was a consular process, the sheet arrived blank for them where it should be saying it was a consular process.

@Guedes Angelica my I130 was approved last month but I had to file I824, they said I didn't select if the beneficiary is adjusting status or doing consular processing

@Shan N how you get very fast approved?

@R G I824 was sent to NBC, their processing time is within 5 months

@Rejooo bhatt I needed the luck. I130 took 3yrs+ months to approve. Whenever I inquire about it they keep telling me it's within normal processing time

@same here it took almost 3 years to get approved but have to submit i824 and submit it may-23 still waiting for approval

@Shan N I'm working on the application now because of the same situation. I'm on Part 3 section 1a-1d. I haven't received a form i-797 which is what's listed on application form. Is this the same thing as the approved notice in my uscis account?
