@jazzy khan I didn’t submit I-130. I did I-129 F, finance visa. I submitted Pictures of us wearing matching outfits, with some of his friends and family as well as us kissing. they want to Intimacy I’m the pictures. We are pregnant as well due 1/29/24. being uscis didn’t ask for RFE I’ll send the a letter of pregnany from my obgyn and the ultrasound pictures. From what I understand, it will help speed and he visa stamp once it gets to his embassy. Feel free to reach out any time.

@Sarah Sarah I didn’t date my pictures. But when they go for interview they ask when and where was this picture take. so to be safe put the date and place you were at. I watch a lot of you tube videos that put everything in there. I’m due January 29, I hope my honey is here by then. we received our NVC letter and 3 weeks later Lagos sent further instructions, but hers the kicker.... no available interview dates.

Hi @MRS swaggz I hope all is well with you. I am at the NVC stage for a k1 visa and my fiance is in Nigeria. How long does it take for the case to be sent over to his country? I already have a case number. Does it depend on when an interview date is available and then they send it, or they send it and we get a welcome letter and then we schedule it ourselves?
