@victory !!! RFE was a lot tbh. They requested for Good Moral Character from my Pastor, MY church, and friends. Also requested a thorough explanation on why my ex wife had me restrained as they didnโt have the details. itโs a very complicated case. However, I just kept believing God that all will be well at the end of it all. I also sent in court approvals that grants me the ability to have a relationship with my daughter with my Ex-Wife has violated over and over

@divine intervention yes you can say that again. I did a lot of Congress chasing on my case and I got I-360 expedited approve 3 weeks ago and a day after I paid my lawyer to file mandemus

@itโs done Congratulations. Did you include police clearance for the past three years in your application for the good moral character? just wondering what you submitted that made them request for even more evidence for the good moral character section.

@NH O. They specified that I do not need to provide them with police clearance anymore since it was provided when I originally filed. I only sent in the write up regarding the restraining order, child support prove and Good Mornal Character letters from about 7 people

@Nik Nelly they the did . The lady worked with always call them directly and get my update. Being that she kept calling, they had to assign my case to an officer for review. Hope that answers your question

@itโs done I already submitted the good moral character from pastor,friends ,family members because my lawyer requested all those before she submitted my packet
