@Nicola 🇯🇲 the interview letter never appeared on my document tab. I only received paper through mail, but back then I did chatted with EMMA and they told me the time/location/date. That was couple years back. Not sure if recently starts doing that!

the service centers open 24hrs now so we should see improvements

@Mary Johnson they sent me a RFE since last year May 2023 and I answered it because they sent a receipt June saying they received my response
