Glory to God - Finally Greened two days after Interview
Yesterday is a day I will never forget. After almost a year of waiting of i485 approval and almost two years since I started by EB1 process - I did not do concurrent filing.
The interview process was seamless, God intervened and showed himself. For those scheduled for an Interview, don’t be discouraged, go with a Lawyer whether or not you have doubts. I was asked i485 related questions, none of the documents I carried along with me were reviewed or even requested for. I was not asked to defend my Extraordinary petition. I was interviewed by a Supervisor - my Lawyer confirmed this, he mentioned that he was going to recommend me for approval.
This is all God’s doing, my mind is at peace now, praise the Lord 💃💃💃

Hey @V A congrats quick question did you got interview date right after app showed you interview been scheduled or it took time cause i got interview have been scheduled on websites but didnot got date as yet & its been 17 days . Congrats once again .

@muhammad saad I got my interview date in the mail 12 days after my case was updated to “interview scheduled” my advice is that you monitor your mail box, my status did
not update further than “interview scheduled” online.

my Timeline is posted. I think it depends on how busy yiur field office is. I know someone in Houston who waited a month before a date for his interviewe was assigned. You may have to reach out to USCIS if you still havent been given a date, mine was schedule in 12 days

@John Wick It was recommended. You answer all questions by yourself. The lawyer’s presence is always encouraged.
