Gloria a Dios! Green card aprobada hoy. Glory to God! Green card approved today.
Hello everyone, today I share the joy that our green cards have been approved (applicant + 2 dependents) based on employment category 1-A, below are my details: PD I-140 (EB1): 04/10/2023 Approval without P/P I-140: 02/12/2024 PD I-485: 02/22/2024 Approval I-765: 06/24/2024 Approval I-131: 06/24/2024 RFE (1): 08/01/2024 Medical Exams RFE (2): 08/05/2024 Polio Vaccine GC Approval: 09/03/2024 Country: ROW (Venezuela) I truly tell you that I feel very satisfied and proud of this approval, especially because I went through this process myself, of course I always had the support of my husband and son. It feels so good to see this wonderful achievement, that I have not stopped dancing with excitement. I presented my talented and extraordinary husband with the EB1, without a premium process and they approved his EB1 without RFE, then I made the request for the adjustment of status for the 3 of us. I researched, organized and proceeded in such a way that we could do everything waiting for this great blessing, which feels like I was graduating again. The time and work done are reflected today in our green card. Without a doubt, I feel very grateful to God for everything and therefore, I know that this will be a blessing for my family and me. Any questions, I will be happy to answer. —- Hola todos, hoy comparto la alegría de que nos han aprobado nuestras green card (solicitante + 2 dependientes) basada en empleo categoría 1-A, a continuación mi detalle: PD I-140 (EB1): 10/04/2023 Aprobación sin P/P I-140: 12/02/2024 PD I-485: 22/02/2024 Aprobación I-765: 24/06/2024 Aprobación I-131: 24/06/2024 RFE (1): 01/08/2024 Exámenes Médicos RFE(2): 05/08/2024 Vacuna Polio Aprobación GC: 03/09/2024 País: ROW (Venezuela) De verdad les digo que, me siento muy satisfecha y orgullosa de esta aprobación, sobretodo porque yo misma hice este proceso, claro que siempre conté con el apoyo de mi esposo e hijo. Se siente tan bien ver este maravilloso logro, que no he parado de bailar de la emoción. Presente para mi talentoso y extraordinario esposo la EB1, sin proceso premium y aprobaron su EB1 sin RFE, luego hice la solicitud del ajuste de estatus para los 3. Investigue, organice y procedí de tal forma que pudiéramos hacer todo esperando esta gran bendición, que se siente como si me estuviera graduando nuevamente. El tiempo y trabajo realizado se ven hoy reflejados en nuestra green card. Sin lugar a dudas, me siento muy agradecida con Dios por todo y por tanto, sé que esto será para mi familia y para mí una bendición. Les deseo el mayor de los éxitos, que esa aprobación tan esperada y anhelada llegue pronto. Gracias por cada respuesta dada, gracias por la compañía todo este tiempo. @Kevin L @s a Thanks. According to what USCIS indicated in the RFE, as of 05/01/24, the polio vaccine is now required for applicants (this issue, as you know, is discussed with the surgeon), therefore, my husband and I had to apply it. We went to the surgeon a month after the update to do all the corresponding medical exams and vaccines, but unfortunately, since the surgeon was not up to date with the new vaccination schedule that USCIS requires, this caused us to receive a second RFE where they asked that we apply the vaccine and that is what we did.

@C R did you mail showing rfe for polio? is it the same rfe fore medical exam or they specific Polio?

@Jay N Hello, no! With the 2nd RFE, I sent all the medical exams again, including the polio vaccination.

@marcelo cardenas *este no es una asesoría legal* fueron varios documentos, entre los que ahora recuerdo estaban copia de: a) pasaporte, b) I-94, c) de No antecedentes penales, d) notificación de aprobación de la visa e) visa americana f) otros ten en cuenta que eso fue en ese entonces, ahora capaz necesitas otros pero eso te lo dirá tu abogado. saludos.
