@Alex brown @eb3 worker @Bill : ) @Almost done ✅ ✅ They sent me a Call-In Letter DHS FORM G-56 and the reason for appointment: I-485 INITIAL INTERVIEW, they want so many things to submit:

@Bill : ) for eb3 unskilled workers, it’s less likely to get approved immediately after the interview, more likely to wait for several months

@Shweta P they will interview separately , it’s called stroke interview. I have similar experience before when I added my wife. they send me same call In letter. make sure you and your dependent answered same things like date , marriage, parents date of birth.Also bring bonafide marriage documents like joint bank statement , tax return, joint apartment lease, joint car and health insurance, wedding pictures etc.

@Shweta P wow, only 1 week was given for the interview. that’s strange. they usually give 5-6 weeks.

@Alex brown actually I filled only for myself not included dependent cause we already divorce

@Alex brown they ask the evidence of bonafide marriage but we live separate from while dont have any joint bank statement,tax return ,lease and car, I dont even have a health insurance since beginning so ??is that ok only have weeding picture and video ,, and lastly divorce decree.
