Getting a second job while working for your sponsor.
Hi everyone, I have a question relate to a job offer.
My husband has been working for the sponsor for a long time and he always has someone coming to him offering him a job. My question is, he is not going to leave his job because we haven’t received the approval yet, but the wants to turn this full-time job into part-time because he can work with another company as well.
My question is: Is there any minimum amount of hours that he should be working for the sponsor?
Maybe he is not going to change that much of hours since he does 40h/week maybe now decrease to 25/30h week maybe.
Thank you. #eb3unskilled #eb3 #sponsor

Depends upon what your sponsor company calls full time. Ask the employer how many hours he can work to be considered as full time, that would be his full time job. If you can work part-time that would be fine too as long aa you are working with the sponsor but if you receive any rfe/interview, you should go back to full time hours again. So basically talk to the hr to figure out the hours on part-time and full time.
