same thing happened to me. I have reached out to the congressman and state senator twice each. Nothing helped me. My PD is Sep 6 2022 and I finally filed mandamus lawsuit in February since I didn’t even get EAD. If your financial situation allows you, I recommend to sue them.

Yes, I got approved on June 15 and I’m expecting my green card to be delivered soon! And service center is NBC.

I’ve been waiting since December 2022 also & I contacted my congressman which told me the same thing. my 180 days comes to an end first week of July. I can’t wait to see what the next steps are

@Tina C I also waiting since Aug 2022 and 670 days gone and my both case is pending I contacted congressman last week and they do inquiry on my case and told me wait 30 days for response back and they say to me my i-130 is normal processing time but my I-485 is out of processing time I don’t know what to do almost married 2 years completely after 20 years no interview and nothing update only get my work permit a year ago and case like stuck samewhere . can I file mandamus if they say my I-130 is normal processing time I have AOS application wife is us citizen please any advice,

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 You filed everything concurrently in Aug 2022, right? then I think you can file mandamus. You should talk to mandamus lawyer.
