@Y J I didn’t ask Emma, and didn’t get any notification that it was transferred to FO. So assuming it’s been at NBC.

@Jason B congrats!!! wow I’m on the same block!! and also CRP late July. was your case approved from NBC or FO? Do you have dependents?

@carolina A should be NBC. I’m actually a dependent of my husband. My husbands GC got approved mid last year, but I could only file this year Jan 2024 after getting my H1B late last year to do an AOS. Hence I was able to use his Jan 2022 priority date for the AOS application.

did you send them your birth certificate or an alternate document to resolve the RFE?

@M R sent them a copy of my birth certificate. USCIS messed it up, i did file the initial package with the birth cert and I still got an RFE for birth cert.
