GC based on Asylum
I got granted on 11 DEC 2023 by IJ then I waited 1 year and 2 months ,
I applied for GC on 13 FEB 2025 , last update was on 14 March 2025 fingerprint after this step I don’t get any update on my case ……. when I submitted my application GC , I did with Medical exam ..,
I chatted with EMMA yesterday told me ( The case is at the National Benefit center. No update after fingerprints was added. We can not see when an officer review a case. If the office needs anything from you they will contact you.
No update about the interview showing at this time)
when I asked for how long time I have to waiting ?
I got this answer ( No set time range. If the office needs anything while the case is processing they will contact you)..
what should I do guys?
