GC based in Vawa, but before was familiar petition
I applied with my husband back in 2020. thing didn’t go well, so my lawyer told me to apply for vawa (Feb 2022) I went to the interview, he didn’t go, and the officer gave me the chance to keep my i485 open until the approval of vawa. to keep my priority date . the i485 says: my interview was completed and my case must be reviewed “ . my vawa was approved by October 2023, I’m still waiting for my GC.. does anyone has been through something like this before?

I applied in Jan 2020. my vawa 360 was approved in April 4th, I’m still waiting for 485 approval!

i M EXACTLY IN same position , I filed i130 , 485 in 2020 October, My then husband, abused , left home withdraw the petition with out my knowledge and my petition got denied and me and my children became out of status. Through attorney filed vawa i360 in 2021 may , got my vawa approved in Aug 2023, to my surprise the PD on approval shows NOV 2020 , And I sent medicals in November 2023 after receiving RFE. now waiting for 485. It is very crucial for me that I receive my 485 by April 2024. I am praying every single day and hour .

I file every thing new . filed 130, 131, 485 in 2020 , after got denial. filed i360 , 765/131 485 all new . lot of money and stress . jobless for 2 years.

they sent you RFE for the medical exam? because I already have the exams in my prior case.
