mine is not IOE and filed through attorney.. so won't see any Timeline..

congratulations @sun young. even mine was approved in around 8 months. I think anyone with current PD for EB1 should get approved in 8-9months timeframe.

I don't think congress rep help much for 485 which is under 1 year processing time.. I did raise it but they gave me a standard response

@sun young - could you please tell when was the congress inquiry made for your case? wanted to see if you got approval soon after that

senator page specific to your state should have an immigration grievance form which you can fill in and send. I did that in Feb. no way to infer if it had any effect though. no harm in trying

thanks @sun young , yes i did in jan mid, my receipt date is sept 9th 2024, PD June 2017, eb1a, i had got a standard response, i think i will wait for few more months, before tring another congress inquiry

Given my RD is in 2023, will it be considered as outside processing time even though my application became current only this month? My medicals should be currently expired and i am expecting an RFE. What is the best way to remind uscis to make notice of my application? is it through Emma?

@sun young - how many days after moving to non local field office was your case approved? mine moved to Sacramento field office on 4/18, so trying to get an idea
