@Cu 🍀 you know 1 but you do not know 2. At that period (june-september 2022), filing was used chart A, not chart B, Bro. Lol !!! You can hit the link and check it out. Chart B was current but chart A was May 18 2019. until October, chart B was applied again. I applied my profile at that period, so i remmember very well.

@Young Nguyen , your priority date is the LC filing date, not the I-485 filing date. My LC was filed in January 2021, so I became current. USCIS then requested my medical RFE, and once I submitted the medical report, I was approved

@Feb 21 yes I took all required vaccines.

@Young Nguyen You are wrong here. My PD is april 2022 and I submitted i485 in Jan 27, 2023, few days before retrogression for filing started. Retrogression for final action date was retrogressed on June 2022 but filing was current till Feb 2023.
