GC approved - PD not current. legit or error?

Current until June but was in CRP, then retrogressed since July 2024.
I had submitted an expedite request for AP to local congressperson and was told my AP was approved. However, USCIS website initially updated not the AP, but my I-485. I was current til June, but EB3 ROW so retrogressed starting July. I got more approval notification from USCIS website including for my 485J today. I tried emma livechat and they told me they don’t see approval and is still CRP. I was convinced this was a clerical error on USCIS and that it would be rescinded. I’m trying to get them to confirm if the gc approval is valid, so will reach out to congress liaison again to see. It definitely gives me hope seeing so many similar DPs in the discussion! Hopefully this truly is the end of this long and gruesome journey.

@eve yes! I just got an email update a few mins ago. This was their response: “You are now the fifth constituent in the last two days to come to me with this issue. I’m waiting to hear back from USCIS to understand what is going on.”

We have determined that your situation and the evidence you have in your possession meets the minimum criteria for your expedite request to be forwarded to the office with jurisdiction over your case. Please Note: This does not mean your case will be expedited, as that decision will be made by the reviewing office. As such, the reviewing office may request the supporting evidence to include additional documentation to support expedited processing be sent to them.
