I‘ve seen two cases with the same PD as mine got approved and the ones later than mine - Sep 24,2021 also got approved.
My case has been forgotten! WTF is going on ??????

@Amber mine is in NBC..I talked to the agent once and only heard that it is within normal processing time. I am trying to positive if not it makes me so depressed..

@Hayley your case is CRI, right? Is NBC Nebraska or the National Benefit Center? If it's Nebraska your PD is way beyond normal processing time.

😖😖😖our frustration is fairly logical.😖😖😖 My case had been in actively reviewing for 1 YEAR and then they sent us a request for evidence.Today we're still waiting for response and the next Oct 19th we will be out of processing times of California SC...praying for notice ,soon please🙏🙏🙏
