Frustrated with Procedure and Lack of Explanation
California Service Center appears to be the only one that processes K-1 Visa petitions. Does the USCIS have an explanation for why they continue to transfer other cases not related to the K-1 visa process to California Service Center and allow them to be reviewed and approved ahead of the K-1 visa petitions? Our processing times have been extended out from 5.5-7 months to 9-12 months since I submitted my petition last June, and I continue to see CR-1/K-3 transferred to California and approved very quickly.
