frustrated
Am really frustrated,and even thinking of taking a voluntary departure.I have been waiting for i130 to be approve for 3yrs.i have been here for 11yrs without seeing my kids.Depressed all the time.

@James martin sams This process is extremely difficult. Three years is a very long wait. Reach out to your congressman to see what happens. The next alternative would be to sue Uscis. Stay strong. Your children know you love them immensely. Better days ahead.

stay strong I totally understand because me too haven’t seen my children 9 years. I sick of waiting documents. every week keep hoping. I think we should the sue the uscis

Reach out to your congressman, then the Ombudsman and then get a lawyer and sue. The congressman will provide a generic response and the Ombudsman may take forever to respond. But once you get to the Lawyer stage to sue, they will ask if you exhausted all avenues. Best of luck🙏🏾

you wanted this long and want to give up so that you are bared maybe permanently. I know it is hard do you have a reputable lawyer that can help you figure out why your case is taking so long. Every case is different so you have to find out what about yours they don't like and with a great lawyer be able to tackle it. Good luck.
