how long was your interview and they sent you NOID..on my advice let the lawyer prepare new application and refile again by explaining your issues and be prepared with strong evidence like 3 or 4 people they can write ✍🏿 letter about your divorce and have judge or lawyer write a letter as well from your back home

My husband had a NOID my lawyer responded & 30 days letter we was appprove you have to actually be smart & think out the box & prove to them why they are wrong which we did lol.

@ El Berakkah O, i have experience of what you are going through right now. This is the best thing to do because USCIS believe that the divorce degree from Nigeria is always fraudulent and you can’t defend it and your lawyer cannot do anything about it. please brother follow my advice ok, if you are not sure the authenticity of the divorce degree withdrawal your application and go to I think it called Richard DALLY center Downtown Chicago if you live in Chicago or look for city hall wherever city you live in, in the US to file for divorce in the same woman’s name in Nigeria, you don’t have to pay lawyer for divorce papers work. go down there and ask that you want to file divorce is( pro se) you will just have to pay little money and the pay will be given to you and email it to anybody that knows the woman address in Nigeria to sign it and go back to the center here in US and get a hearing date. after that you will get date for hearing and America judge will sign it as long as the woman is not in court to contest it so you will have that in hand. what that means now is that your marriage here with your present wife is in valid but keep your marriage here and after that divorce here get through go and re-file and make sure you have enough affidavits to showed that you did not procured this (fraudulent divorce degree) intentionally if your wife in Nigeria sent it to your let her write affidavit and make sure you have police report that you are not a criminal from Nigeria, also get police report from every city you have lived here . make sure you gander enough evidence before you re-apply again and read to explain to them when u have interview from the new file because they will hold to it even when you withdraw this case which is the best thing to do. do not continue with this application please, I was in the same situation you are right now. what will only happen to you is that your marriage will only be valid by the time you get there divorce from here. so go ahead and do what I asked you to do it you want things to be easy for you. thanks

@ Mitch NK, I am sorry Brother, I said that because some people have tried to say some shit here because that is why I said so. sorry about that. yes read that what i posted I understand that, there some typographical errors and incomplete sentence just trying I read it with free mind you will understand the details I tried to give you guys.. for the fact that, Uscis said divorce degree is fraudulent does not make you criminal get that straight. it’s can be corrected if you work your through it. the only problem someone will have if Uscis said your marriage is fraudulent you should be concerned about that one. for divorce degree from Nigeria or other places is called (mis representation of material fact) worse case Seneiro Uscis will ask you to file form i601 waiver for inadmissibility proves of severe hardship on your wife if you should leave the country. and good lawyer will get that done plus this season is not like formal one I hope u guys understand what I am trying to say. u don’t have to fear nothing get to work as long as your marriage is legit you are good. good luck every one.
