From H1B to EB3 ( skilled) -
hello ! I just got my h1b this October, and now my Employer will help me to get the green card by EB3 . I want to know if they have to file “the PERM Labor Certification” again, or they can use the approval labor certication that got for my h1b . if so , it means that the process would be shorter and they will go directly to file I 410 and then 764 .

No, H1b application and EB PERM are different. It’s whole new process. PWD 5 month, Market eval 3 month, Perm apply (PD starts - 8 month from now) than PERM about 1 year than I-140. You have 6 years to file 485 when it became current. good luck
