eb1 and 2019. Mine was transferred from NBC to Fort Myers FO in March 2023. please dhare your details, and lets see if others are in simimar situation.

@Jay D My PD is Jan 2022. My I-485 was transferde to this field office on April 20th. after that no update. It is EB3 skilled category.

@Nil Nil - ok ok. we have similar timeline. When did you file 485? did you get EAD ot AP approval? if yes, when? Was it transferred from NBC?

@Jay D It was Feb 2023. My EAD and AP was approved in May, and I received my combo card too. Yes, it was transferred from NBC.

@Nil Nil - mine was filed in Jan 2023. I did get EAD in May, but I did not get AP yet. Looks like we have similar timeline.

@Nil Nil - i think that you are right. i dont see any approvals from Fort Myers. lets hope for the best. i am still waiting for 131 approvsl.
