I’m so confused. My wife and I have been waiting for so long for our form i130 application to be approved. We both applied while in college but both graduated now and still haven’t heard anything. Don’t know what to do now.

The process is taking much longer now. It’s hard to say to be patient but that’s all you can do. I petitioned my husband since 2019, we just got approved this year for the waiver. Now we have to wait another year for the appointment.😭
