@Singh1988 As as per my understanding you can file your I-485 before reaching the one-year mark of being granted asylum, only thing is uscis cannot formally approve it until you have satisfied a full year, also your attorney can oppose the government’s motion to dismiss and argue against it, what did your attorney said?

When your mandamus was dismissed, did the judge dismiss it right after you filed, or did USCIS file a motion to dismiss after the 60-day response period?
