@will and @et were your cases waiver? this shouldn’t take that long

@roco they asked for my spous travel ticket or record of traveling and affidavit from friends or family members and I did sent them after two weeks when they asked since November till now no response

@Muba Wow that’s strange. Never heard of them requesting travel tickets, why do you think they asked? Did you guys have different answers to some questions asked? Were you separated? Did you take a lawyer to that interview?

A writ of mandamus is basically you suing USCIS to compel them to do their jobs. There’s no reason for them to sit on your case since 2019

I’m going to talk to my lawyer about it. I might give it another month. I understand covid and 751 not being a priority but there is some anxiety about … okay is something … wrong ? lol

Something is clearly wrong and that’s why they are sitting on your case instead of doing you to clear up the issue. Jim Hacking immigration lawyer is a great mandamus lawyer

@Rocco Well we were separated for the interview I did my interview first before my wife but it was too much question and I can't even tell if we had miss match answer I just remember only one mismatch , and they asked for the tickets and affidavit because the consulate abroad lied on my case that we met only a week and got married so the officer is a lil suspicious about my case , and we did not file with lawyer we did it ourselves

@Muba it’s really crazy that the whole ticket thing did not come up during your AOS but now came up for ROC. i think you need a good lawyer to sort this out

@Roco well thanks for your advice, I think i have to give them time to make decision , when I get tired of waiting I will different way yo hear from them , I'm keeping my faith a lil bit
