@Ahmed yes I send it to them after that they said my case have be scheduled for an interview since September last year. they will said they send me a latter for day and venue for the interview am still waiting . but people said sometimes they ship ur card for u without going to the interview

no. it’s not the USCIS job to look into your marital choices. it is their job to grant your immigration benefit based on a good faith marriage

@jojo I filed N400 and 1 week after, I got receipts number and a notice that says I don’t need to come in for biometric. also I got a notice that says my I751 has been transferred

@ Rocco and jojo today I went for interview and I got approved On May 25, 2022, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number , and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

@Rocco , the officer told me they will send me a notice to appear for N400 interview once I751 is approved. It’s along journey but it’s getting closer. no one should give up
